Description of Module 
In this module you learn how large retailers quietly and indirectly persuade shoppers to open their wallets/purses. You will understand how salespeople may increase the yield (sales) from existing customers by giving them good customer service and offering them the choice to buy additional products or services that they had not necessarily thought they needed.
